COD Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on orders above ₹399 (after discounts and excluding shipping charges).

To confirm a COD order, we require a 10% upfront payment of the total order value as a token amount, and the remaining balance can be paid safely at the time of delivery.

This process helps us prevent fraudulent COD orders where customers place orders and later reject them at the time of delivery, causing us losses.

Please note that the 10% upfront amount is strictly non-refundable if you cancel the order. However, if the cancellation is from our side due to reasons like product unavailability, your advance will be refunded within 2–5 working days.
