Refund & Return Policy

We have a 2-day hassle-free return/replacement policy, which means you can request for return/replacement within 2 days after your order is successfully delivered.

How can you request for Return/Replacement?

You can request for return/replacement by contacting us at our WhatsApp number +91 85 27023 027.

Replacement/Exchange is only in case of you have received the damaged or wrong product.

You'll need to send your order details and unboxing video.

Note: Unboxing video is necessary for missing & damaged products.

Once your return/replacement request is approved:

  • In case of refund: Refund will be initiated within 2-5 Working days.
  • In case of replacement: Your replacement order will be dispatched by the next working day and the return will also be picked up the next working day.

In the case of "No need any more", "Not as per quality", etc. A nominal restocking fee Rs.80 will be deducted from the total refund.

Note: COD fee is non-refundable.

    In the case of a Damaged/Wrong product, no fee will be charged.

    No return is acceptable in case of products find in used or unpacked condition.
