  2. Unboxing Video: Provide a clear, unedited unboxing video of the package as proof of damage or incorrect item. This video is mandatory for us to process your return request.

Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this time frame will not be entertained.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are not damaged or incorrect as per the proof provided.
  • Products without an unboxing video.

Important Notes

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, dislike of product, or size issues.
